United States Workplace Lawyers

This is a list of employment lawyers who practice in the United States. Most of the lawyers listed are members of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). A Regular Member of NELA is any member of the bar in the United States who subscribes to NELA's purposes and certifies that 50% or more of his/her employment-related legal representation is on behalf of employees. Workplace Fairness is another good resource. Another source listing employment lawyers is MEL (My Employment Lawyer).
