Are you not being paid overtime that you deserve? The employer is obligated to keep payroll records for three years. But what if the employer fails to do so or worse yet falsifies payroll records? In addition to consulting with a lawyer you should keep a journal of the hours that you work each day. Even better, use a spiral notebook to record your hours, one week per page.
